We’re in a six week cycle of strength conditioning at Kinetic, and today’s workout was a build to a single “RPE 10” deadlift (“lift as much as you can while maintaining technique”).I lifted 245 pounds. While not impressive by Olympic standards, nor even by Kinetic standards, by personal standards it’s a mind-boggling personal best.
